*Payment for Dance & Karate classes are due on the first day of the month	If you have any program make sure to sign-in everyday, even for absences Cater-Tots orders need to be submitted by Thursday Jan 21st. Checks need to be payable to The learning spot CDC

HOLIDAY AND VACATIONS POLICY

The Learning Spot Child Development Center is open year round with the exception of the following holidays:

Martin Luther King Jr Day	3rd Monday in January
Lincoln's Birthday	February 12th
President's Day	3rd Monday in February
Good Friday	Last Friday in March or First in April
Memorial Day	Last Monday in May
Independance Day	July 4th
Labor Day	1st Monday in September
Columbus Day	2nd Monday in October
Veteran's Day	November 11
Thanksgiving Day	4th Thursday in November
Thanksgiving Holiday	4th Friday in November
Christmas Eve	December 24th
Christmas Day	December 25th
New Year's Eve	December 31st
New Year's Day	January 1st

***If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we may choose to recognize it on the preceeding Friday or following Monday at our discretion. Advance notice of closures is provided to parents in these instances.

***Parents need to have alternative care for the holidays listed above

Vacations: After the child(ren) have been in our center for more than one year, parents are allowed to take one-week vacations without pay per year. After two years parents are allowed up to two weeks of vacation time without payment.
